1. The venue entrance was chaotic due to a long wait on the parkway exit as cars were directed to park on the grass outside first. Each vehicle had to engage with a parking attendant multiple times before being directed to park or proceed to the venue. Despite having VIP parking, we were required to interact with an attendant 6 times before reaching our designated lot.
2. Increased security presence is necessary. During the last two concerts at this venue, there were attendees who remained standing throughout the entire show. When older audience members politely requested them to sit during acoustic segments, these individuals not only refused but became verbally abusive, cursing and confronting those who had made the request. This created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere in the section. Additionally, there was a notable absence of security personnel patrolling the venue for assistance.
